My chimney was leaking and Michael and his team not only replaced the old chimney they touched up all of the vent pipe boots and made sure no nails had worked their way loose. The roof tuneup will make sure we stay dry for years to come. In addition to the roof repair, the Big Bear team coordinated their work with the HVAC team that was installing a new system at the same time.
Big Bear Roofing just finished replacing the roof on our home in Snee Farm, and they did a phenomenal job from start to finish. They answered every question I had, gave me documentation when I needed it, and accommodated our schedule so the job was done to our insurance company's demands. The installers were courteous and professional, the workmanship was top-notch, and the clean-up was spotless. I needed to get my roof replace. I called a number of companies out to get quotes. Big Bear was the most thorough. They had the cost broken down to every detail. They also offered to do other things like replace the fascia and remove the old wood stove pipe. Every one I worked with was amazing and helpful. Calls were returned, questions were answered and the work was amazing. They were recommended to me by a friend and I would highly re commend to anyone needed a new roof.

New roof that looks great, and dealing with Michael Powers was a pleasure. Have a cut up roof with 3 full gables and a small one, different pitches. Two not walkable, they were done with tear off, replace and clean up in a day and a 1/2. Highly recommend these guys.

I found water marks on my ceiling in the FROG and contacted Big Bear Roofing to come over and give me a free quote. Josh felt we might be able to get my insurance company to help because of some hail damage he noticed - and the roof was almost 20 years old so we didn't think they would just repair.
