I can’t tell y’all enough good things about this company and the service they provided me. I got a LOT of quotes to re-shingle my roof; long story short, Big Bear had the best materials for the best price, so I took a shot. The crew contacted me quickly, arraigned a start date and discussed possibly coming by early if their scheduling allowed (I had no problems; who would?). We had a smallish commercial building that had never had ridge vents cut during construction... and we weren’t really sure whether we needed a new roof or not. I so appreciated Palmer suggesting a roof “tune-up” along with cutting new ridge vents. How often does a contractor recommend you NOT spend the money yet?? They worked around our schedule with zero business interruptions! So refreshing to have a contractor who listens!

Big Bear roofing went above and beyond our expectations in replacing our shingles. The color we picked looks so great on our house and the architectural design really sets it off.
