My frys tasted like mold and my tenders were not tender the floor is disguisting desert was awful great service tho all there materials are expired my table is dirty do not ever come here would not recommend this restaraunt is awful.I went home and had a terrible stomach ache had to take the 550 because i could not drive because i was absolu disgusted i'm so pissed rn that i wasted my time and hard earned money at this shitty place

Wow, what a run down dirty place. Out of Pepsi and soups. Staff were very nice. Makes me so sad to see this restaurant so bad. The manager should be fired.

I've never dealt with more incompetent people! I don't think I've ever had a carry out done correctly. I guess it really is hard to find good staff

Used to enjoy carry out here but the past several times have been awful. Ordered from here today for the last time. They forgot two of our sides for our dinners, the fries were not only NOT cooked all the way but they also GREATLY reduced the amount they give you. What normally cost is $32 now costs us close to $50 - which ok Inflation, I get it.... But if I'm paying that much more for my food - don't STIFF me on how much you give! Whoever is running this joint has really run it into the ground.

Slim jim was good. But stay away from the strawberry pie. Bought a whole pie (frozen) and strawberries were brown. This is the second time. Save your money and save yourself from getting sick

Came in with my son because we were starving and I thought we would be served fairly quickly but I was wrong. I ordered steak and eggs with extra crispy hashbrowns. 30 minutes later, The hashbrowns look like they were put in the microwave and weren't even brown, the little piece of steak didn't even look like meat, it was definitely freezer burned. Just ordered dinner, a Brawny Lad and a Slim Jim. Had to discard the lettuce in the Slim Jim as it was brown and wilted. The tomato was flavorless. The sandwich had very little cheese. Big Boy prices are very high. The Slim Jim was $9.33 and the Brawny Lad was $10. It's a shame. We all have fond memories of Big Boy. This is the last time we'll order from here.

I rated this 2 stars, yelp keeps adjusting it to 5 I've always loved Big Boy, but I think that it's more nostalgia now than anything else. Remember back in the 1970's, 1980's and even into the 1990's when Big Boy was GOOD? No, better than good,,, quite excellent actually. Well that Big Boy is long gone. I placed an online order and went to pick it up. When I checked the order before leaving I found it was the wrong order - everything was wrong. I told the staff and they figured that my order was taken by a Grub Hub driver. The manager came over and told me my order was gone, that I had already picked it up.
