If you want to waste money, get a horrible meal and basically be let down for the day, this is your place. I met someone here for a simple lunch. I ordered a philly cheesesteak sub. Sounds easy, right? nope. What are you thinking it should be made of? Maybe onions? green peppers? Maybe mushrooms? Haven't visited this Big Boy restaurant for a few years so I thought I would try it out. Wish I had stayed away. The booth I was escorted to was not cleaned. It still had stickly food residue on it. I had to replace the flatware because there was a sticky substance on the knife. The food was mediocre at best. So was the service. And the waitress forgot to give us our bill so, after several minutes, we had to chase her down so we could pay and get out.

I am totally shocked that big boy has switched their onion rings to Frozen onion rings. Big Boy sandwiches are very good but the onion rings put a way over the top. I can't believe how many people I've heard today complaining about them. Very disappointed!!

The cook that works at night never wears a hat, or a hairnet. Plus he's balding. The average person loses about 80 hairs per day and a person that's balding loses even more. There is most likely all his hairs in the condiments and in your food. Be careful. The management is poor because they need to start writing this loser up and if he don't comply with the state health code laws, then maybe he should be fired and get into another profession. Great service, food was fair but slowly going downhill. Not what it used to be! Our French fries were served with our sandwiches and they were Luke warm at best like they had been made and reheated. All 8 onion rings for a $3.99 up charge added to the cost of the platter would have been fair price except they were minced onions mixed with dough and pretty gross. Now we understand why so many Big Boys have closed their doors, this one will as well before too much longer.

My frys tasted like mold and my tenders were not tender the floor is disguisting desert was awful great service tho all there materials are expired my table is dirty do not ever come here would not recommend this restaraunt is awful.I went home and had a terrible stomach ache had to take the 550 because i could not drive because i was absolu disgusted i'm so pissed rn that i wasted my time and hard earned money at this shitty place

Wow, what a run down dirty place. Out of Pepsi and soups. Staff were very nice. Makes me so sad to see this restaurant so bad. The manager should be fired.

I've never dealt with more incompetent people! I don't think I've ever had a carry out done correctly. I guess it really is hard to find good staff

Used to enjoy carry out here but the past several times have been awful. Ordered from here today for the last time. They forgot two of our sides for our dinners, the fries were not only NOT cooked all the way but they also GREATLY reduced the amount they give you. What normally cost is $32 now costs us close to $50 - which ok Inflation, I get it.... But if I'm paying that much more for my food - don't STIFF me on how much you give! Whoever is running this joint has really run it into the ground.
