First let me start by saying it was busy when we went. To be fair. Also I was not expecting great food. It's kind of just plain dinner style food right. I really think the waitress was trying. They just have a bunch of side work all the time. We were short silverware. Took 5 minutes to get more after we were given our food. I always used to go to this big boy. Me and my husband loved spending our Friday's here. Upon recently, i have had the worst customer service by one of their waitresses, she refused to take back my big boy when it had ZERO sauce on it, nor did she get me side sauce, gave serious attitude when we asked if our meal came with a side she didn't end up bring us the bill, and never came to fill up my drinks. Poor service no one to great and seat you upon arrival. Have to repeat request more than once. Have not gotten our food (breakfast) yet, have been waiting 15 minutes now. Well the food finally came and it's cold. It will be a long time before I return to this Big Boy.
Disgusting! We got the salad bar (how can you mess up a salad) the food was old not to fresh looking and the broccoli soup was burned.. GROSS!
This place is going down hill fast! Disgusting! Dirty tables for as far as the eyes can see. Bathroom is nasty. Feet stuck to the floor. Booths are broken. Dirty! Dirty! What happened to this place? Updated as of 4-11-17 Gluten for punishment. Just close the doors already. Never again!! Waited 15min. Before a server even came to the table. No sense of management anywhere. Sad
ehh. My 5 year old and my 92 year old grandmother LOVE this place.... Me no. The burger was bright red. Yuck!!! The seafood bar was like a coral of people grabbing food like it was their last meal. The soup was burnt. And the surface is not good. She forgot about us. The manager needs to be more on top of things only 2stars from me.
Worst Big boy ever! Wanted the salad bar the salad was old. The manager said not her problem. Hailey our sever was great she ordered me something else. I will never go back to this one. Kinda dirty and the staff was rude.
The service here by the waitress my friend and I had was horrible! I asked for a water with lemon and she said she wasn't qualified to cut them...then 20 minutes later she brings me some lemons and left my glass pretty much empty not asking if I'd like a refill. Our meals came and she said she'd bring me another water...30 minutes later sitting there and no water. Stopped at this location after long drive. Food is pretty good. Most of the plates at soup, salad and fruit bar were dirty. Flies landing on fruit were a turnoff. Urinal in men's room mounted so low you splash your shins. Ewww.
