Had a Carryout from here on a saturday got my food real fast. food was great as always. The GM Emandalae hooked it up for me got me in and out of there and had great customer service

Got 2 slim Jim's with fries and onions rings.. they didn't forget the extra slim Jim sauce... I have a love for the SJ....they were tasty but next time I will order a super deluxe slim Jim
My husband and I stopped by this Big Boy for breakfast today. We initially thought they might be closed because the parking lot was empty, but they were open! The restaurant was exceptionally clean, our food was delicious, and our waitress, Hannah, was fantastic. Normally, I'm not a fan of buffets, but watching the gentleman set it up made me want to try theirs. He ensured everything was fresh, clean, and perfectly organized. Many years ago we had sworn off Big Boy. The few times we went the food wasn't great and the service was meh. Heading to a Rockers game at Big Boy Arena we needed some dinner. This is a brand new build, so at the very least we knew it was going to be clean. Not only was it clean, the food was good, and so was the service. Been here 5+ times now and it has been excellent each time I m very happy how this big boy is ran it's the best one around!
My boyfriend and I had a terrible experience at a Big Boy near our home last year. We were in the area for a Rockers game next door and wanted to give them another shot. Outstanding! From the moment we walked in to the second we left we had wonderful friendly service! The salad bar was well kept. Lots of servers. Our food was hot and fresh and we were in and out in around 30 minutes. The restaurant is newly built and has a great vibe! Lots of TVs to watch games on. We can't wait to go back when we are in the area!

Since this new location on Utica Rd opened my wife and I have been there about 6 or 7 times. Each visit was good. The breakfast buffet and soup and salad bar are great. We've had excellent service on every occasion. The facility is open ad clean. Both my wife and I highly recommend this location.
