Service was great! Food, not so much. My favorite Big boy food is their spaghetti. It came out of the kitchen, piping hot . I got a nice large portion but the bottom of the bowl was just swimming in water. The sauce got a little sloppy. The problem was the salad bar! It was after 2:00 p.m. and they still had breakfast up on the salad bar but they were not allowing any patrons to get the items. We ordered the chicken strips dinner at the Big Boy in Fraser this evening. I was aware that the number of chicken strips was reduced from 6 to 4 and served with Texas Toast instead. Unfortunately, Big Boys idea of Texas Toast is nothing more than dry toast. I've mentioned it to the servers and they shrug their shoulders. The French Fries were not fresh and were chewy, not crisp. 3 tables taken in the whole place. it was really empty that you would think great service. There was about 8 workers standing around Al talking and filling up salt and pepper. not once did our driver come back around to see if we wanted refills or anything else. completely awful service. visited this afternoon at 2:30pm. Why so many workers there, but yet couldn't get anyone come back around , until we flagged them down. terrible service ........ rude waitress as well.
Ordered a carryout, only 4 items. One sandwich, one salad, two desserts. Got home, no sandwich. Really? Called back, sorry, we'll make you a fresh one. I'm on my way. Get to the restaurant. No sandwich. No manager, no apology. 25 minutes after I called to complain, here's your sandwich, have a good night. Not sure I got my money's worth on a 20% gratuity on this carryout.
Could not wait for new location to open. Got a carry out today, how disappointing. 2 big boy combos 40.00. 1 literally had 1/4 of the slice of cheese and bottom bun was 3 pieces put back together and the lettuce looked like brown scraps off the floor. Can't believe a brand new restaurant would serve this quality
