Our family visited this location for the first time last night. It has a nice modern vibe with large glass windows and a variety of booths and tables to choose from. Our waitress was friendly, and there was a gentleman going around the tables asking everyone how they were liking their food. Our meals consisted of burgers and fries, a chicken Caesar salad, and an omelette with hash browns and biscuits. Everyone enjoyed our food, and the service was great too. We do plan on return trips in the future.

First off - yeah! Another Big Boy restaurant in Michigan; love it! As a long-time fan of the Big Boy's off of Hall Road in Clinton Township, MI I must say the ambiance here is 100% different. It feels like a huge, ultra conformed, coney island. You'll need to leave that desire to have the old cozy Big Boy feeling aside. I also really miss the claw machine, lol. Stopped in to meet our son for dinner...this is not the old Big Boys you are used to...all new, modern appearance but that same favorite food you grew up with...food was great, Service was awesome, prices were very reasonable for what you got...we will be back!!!

Great place to go after a soccer or hockey game being it's so close to the ice arena and total soccer. The service was excellent, especially from both ur server and host Jordan and Zach. I love the option for soup and salad bar and the pretzel appetizer was tasty. The ambiance is a modern brand with food and decor that appeals to multiple generations.

I've been waiting for this new location to open, right in front of Big Boy Arena. I decided to go to a Rockers game, and checked ahead and found out they had finally opened. It's nice and open inside, and certainly doesn't look like your standard Big Boy. I was alone, so I sat at the counter back by the kitchen, and the staff was working the pass hard this night. If it could get less than 1 star it would. Big boy should be ashamed to have their name on this place. Ice is terrible, No heat in 90% of locker rooms, bathrooms disgusting, whole building is run down and every time they get a new owner they just slap a coat of paint up or a half ass bar and pretend it's great. Has so much potential but it's been like this since I was a kid.

We went for breakfast, and my coffee came and it was hardly Lukewarm. I told the waiter, and he said it would put it in the microwave. I asked how about a new pot of coffee and his reply was it's from a new pot. We decided to leave and heard a lot of unfriendly remarks.

May 10, 2025 Worst lunch experience ever. Started with noticing the table food was just brushed off onto the chairs. We had to clean our own chairs before sitting. No management seen checking on things, waitress never around. Never checked on us. No utensils until 5 minutes after the food, AFTER we had to ask for them. Fish served burnt to a plastic texture. Terrible food, overpriced food, terrible service!! Who doesn't have orange juice on a Sunday morning? Walk your lazy bum butt to the Meijer across the street and serve your customers!!!
