Love Big Boy! I used to live in Sterling Heights and go to this location all the time! It was always wonderful and on my return visit it did not disappoint. The only thing that was sad was I couldn't get the mashed potatoes and chicken tortilla soups in quart containers to go. Service was lacking slightly, but everyone was very nice. I had to remind them of my order several times, but I would still go back for the Big Boy experience every time.

This was my second time visiting this location, both experiences were great but I was impressed by the teamwork I saw. Tiffany (our server) was great! She was serving by herself (on Black Friday, and next to an ice arena that had games that morning/afternoon). She kept her composure and moved quickly and kept a smile on her face. Me and my daughter really enjoyed our experience here, the food was delicious as well as the desserts. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Love the new decor and the upbeat atmosphere!
Dined in tonight with my family. OUTSTANDING service from the manager, Desmond. He was VERY attentive and we got GREAT service. KUDOS to Desmond for making our dining experience enjoyable.
The food was mediocre and my son's Smash Burger was not made as he asked, my Country Steak and eggs was actually on the cool side, the rest of my families dinner was OK, but it's gonna be a very long time before I come back to the Fraser location...our waitress was actually awesome...

I went to dine in today... best decision ever! I had amazing service my waitress Alyssa helped me pick out what to get. I've never been to a Big Boys yeah, shocker! I've seriously been missing out on great food. Honestly, I ended up getting the Big Boy burger. She told me it's the staple and the classic order, so I had to get my hands on it. Had a Carryout from here on a saturday got my food real fast. food was great as always. The GM Emandalae hooked it up for me got me in and out of there and had great customer service
