So disappointed! Ann our server seemed distracted. Alissa another server was a loud mouth which seemed to be starting drama and being disrespectful to other staff members. the food was slow, and sub par at best! my sons meal had so much grease in the sauce you could have filled a cup with it. so gross!!

Asked waiter if they had fresh coffee at dinner. He said yes. Coffee horrible. Asked for fresh coffee. He goes and gets fresh coffee pot and pours fresh coffee over stale coffee. What??? Unbelievable. Ordered Slim Jim. Bun was burnt and Pickles were thicker than ham! Worst sandwich ever. Teach your wait staff what a fresh cup of coffee is. Without a doubt, one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had... food was actually o.k.... but the service and cleanliness of the place was terrible. From the moment we walked in, no one came to seat us, so we seated ourself, no one came to wait on us.... so we went and got someone .... a gal comes to the table and says "what can I get you".... well.. a couple menus would be good ?!! ...she runs off to get the menus,,.... table was dirty and actually had a coffee cup with coffee in it, on it. The Waitress was very nice, but it ended there. My son's food was under cooked, runny in fact. They offered another, but at that point it was a no. They never adjusted the bill, I believe they should have. Very disappointed & while in Michigan, it is highly doubtful we will return.

I will never order carry out or delivery again from here. My meal wasn't prepared the way I asked, a couple items were missing and they packed cold food with the hot food and it melted down the cold item (a cream pie). The manager tried to pass the blame onto the delivery driver and didn't offer any resolution to the problem.

if your a door dasher, don't accept orders from here. They wouldn't give me the food even with proof on my phone I was a door dasher, and had to cancel my order which dropped my rating from 100% to 83% since I'm fairly new. Not to mention the lady working was sitting in a booth not even working. Really disappointed. i went from making 25 an hour to half of that because of this lady.

Was served raw chicken on my chicken caesar salad. I had already eaten half the salad before i noticed the raw meat. I told the manager and he took it off my bill but since i worked food service for many years i asked whether their cook had temped the chicken. HE SAID THEY DO NOT TEMP THEIR CHICKEN THEY JUST LOOK AT IT TO SEE IF IT LOOKS COOKED. This is not only dangerous but illegal. Sat for 10 minutes without anyone coming over to atleast take a drink order! There were 6 tables total so not busy! We walked out with some one saying "have a great evening!" I replied with it would have been if I could have been fed!

Unsatisfied with service. Dishes were not cleared at a consistent pace. The French fries tasted like cardboard with canned chili on top. Pasta sauce was cold and had a jelly consistency. Overall disappointed considering I love Big Boy.
