I ordered the classic eggs benedict with a fruit cup and a cup of coffee. It was fairly quiet in the restaurant at 0900 on a Tuesday yet it took nearly 45 minutes to receive my meal. My coffee cup was dirty and because they ran out of coffee it took an additional 15 minutes to receive a new cup. When the meal arrived the eggs were hardboiled and the hollandise sauce was a mixture of mustard and mayo which was hard baked onto the top of the eggs. First of all they closed the salad bar at 830 and my wife wanted that we ordered and I sat and watched my food bake under the heat lamp for 20 minutes when she brought it the gravy had hard crust on it mashed potatoes were dried n flakey and my big boy bun was almost black it was so Over toasted i sent it all back and as I can see not much better potatoes had chucks of something other then potatoes in it and bun was still way over toasted we will not be back

Slow service ........ The seafood bar was undercooked Food was bland Watched people walk out waiting on service..... Waited 15 mins for one dinner People were complaining ablut the service No pies in the empty cooler

The service it's terrible, the waitresses forget your order and forget if you want anything from a water to more salad dressing, The plates are dirty I found a big orange piece of food on my plate when I went up to the salad bar and the food there is just horrible and gross, I felt sick to my stomach after eating and I'm my opinion there ice cream tase like it was made with rotten milk. If you want to have a good experience and good food then don't go to Big Boys .

Went to the big boy in the baldwin commons plaza tonight for the 3rd time in a two year span, it has only gotten worse! The place should just close its doors. There was NOTHING positive about this experience. From the moment we walked in and were passed and ignored at the host stand for nearly 6 minutes to the moment we stood just as long at the register to pay our check and escape! Me and my fiance were seated quickly then had our order taken just as quick. Miranda our server didn't come near our table for over 20 mins after ordering. My fiance asked for hot water for tea twice only to have 2 different servers pass the buck then bring it. We were on verge of leaving when our food arrived and while warm was sub par as we have eaten here before. I don't know what happened to my good old Big Boy restaurant. My wife and I went to this restaurant last night and, although the service was good, the waitress was friendly, and the food tasted good, we found the portions small and the food very overpriced. The soup and salad bar is now $10. The upcharge for onion rings with a sandwich is another $1.20. We ordered the rings only to find just a small portion on our plate. A dollar twenty more for that? Stopped here for dessert. Booth was dirty and...wet. Service was so slow. Waitress dumped a glass of water onto the table and made not attempt to apologize or even dry it up. A slice of pie took nearly thirty minutes to be cut, put on a plate and carried to the table. Whatever you do avoid this place. The gas station on the driveway into this place offers better service and a better selection.
