Good simple food that's reasonably priced. Clean atmosphere and good service. Typical American diner feel to the restaurant. I would definitely go again.
We are currently dining in at this Big Boy location and there are only three staff members, a server, a hostess, and the cook. They ALL deserve a raise. They were handling it so well but you can tell they are stressed. Serving is stressful as is but being understaffed puts it at a whole other level. Food is great and service was AMAZING!
You Gotta Eat Here! My sister and I walked into this Big Boy starving, and hoping to have a good meal. We were greeted by our server (Bria) who smiled and seated us. She was so polite. We ordered our food and and when it arrived it was hot, And Delicious! We were so pleased with our selections. I had a great dinner with my friend for broccoli and cheese soup. my waitress/Server created the best hot fudge cake. Felt bad for her because the four tables around us requested hot fudge cakes like. ours
Went here for lunch and had a slim Jim and fries, waitress was great and place was clean, gave me some extra fries and sauce. Clean and fast no issues.
I ordered the "Blockbuster" Chicken Fried Steak breakfast and was happy with the portion. The gravy was delicious, the scrambled eggs were fluffy. Paula, my server, was attentive to refilling my beverage and delivered everything including special requests the first time without having to write it down or needing to ask for anything. My only complaint and reason for not giving a 5-star review was the toast. Amazing service and delicious food. Recently taken over by new management and I am really impressed with the improvements they have made. Definitely coming back again!
It's a typical Big Boy. Food is good and service is excellent. Sad that they discontinued the baked potato bar. Hopefully they bring it back.
All the staff were so kind to us and our dinner was great. It's a gem in The Great Lakes Crossing Outlets area.
