I actually worked at this Big Boy when I was in High School and I have to say it isn't too bad. Overall it is a clean restaurant, which is important because some other places have flies and bugs swarming their salad bars. Not here though, the items in the salad bar are refreshed frequently and most of the stuff is fresh. The menu is the same as all the other chain Big Boys, and the service is good. the server had her kids there they sassy my server had a attitude like I was a inconvenience to her the food was nasty the mashed potatoes were thick and could be used as wall filler the turkey was extremely salty salt. booth seats ripped carpet is worn out I can definitely see why Big Boys is fading away. the best part of my meal was the ice in my flat soda.

This used to be our favorite restaurant - but not anymore. This is the third time we have gone there that the food was far from good. How anyone can destroy sausage, eggs and hash browns is beyond me - but it happened. I will not return to this restaurant again. Three stikes is an 'out' in my estimation.

AWFUL Experience. Went here with my grandson today after a busy day at legoland. Came in here and was not greeted by any server and sat for 15 minutes without anyone approaching our table. Was told they were out of crayons For my grandson and when I asked for a waitress, I was told they only had one. We waited a total of 20 minutes, couldn't stand it anymore. Stopped in for lunch because my mother and I had been craving a with onion rings upon arriving. I placed my order and was then told that they no longer had any onion rings they were out, so I ordered french fries to replace and then I proceeded to order salad , they were out of garlic and oil dressing. How does a restaurant run out of two of the three items I'm going to order? Simple, bad management. I was not impressed by my food. I stopped there yesterday on mothers day for dinner. I had ordered a regular tea with a lemon wedge and it tasted moldy. And my food had hair in it. I will never go to that location again. Do better big boy.
They forget an item I've ordered every single time. Done with this place. They never double check the carry outs for door dash either. Do not recommend if you want all your food you paid for
Let me start by saying this is not somewhere I would take my kid again...chef came out to speak with a guest...sounded like he was explaining himself...then stormed off in the back yelling and pounding things with anger....wanted to get my baby girl out of there asap! Well me and a friend went to this Big Boy. It was pretty much empty and the hostess sat us then asked us what we wanted for our beverages said she'd be right back and she disappeared and we waited for about 10 minutes maybe a little more and she never came back so we seen people had come in and stood at the counter waiting to be seated and they never even acknowledge that they were there so they left so after about 15 minutes or so we just got up and left to, and there was nobody in the building except for two couples.
