I had an awesome experience today at Big City Wings, thanks to my waitress Jordan. From the moment I sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. She checked in at all the right times without ever feeling overbearing and really made me feel welcomed. Jordan had great energy, knew the menu well, and gave spot-on recommendations. I had such a great experience at Big City Wings! Our server, Jordan, was absolutely fantastic friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out just right. It's rare to find someone who's both personable and professional, but Jordan nailed it. I ordered the Southwest Avocado Salad, and it was absolutely delicious! The greens were fresh and crisp, the grilled chicken was perfectly seasoned, and the creamy avocado tied everything together. The food was great. The wing size was not small at all. They were very filling. The fried pickles are crunchy and delicious. The service was great and the manager did her rounds checking in on all the clients.

My go-to wing spot for the Sour cream and onion flavored wings on 2 for 1 Tuesday... always a good experience here. And my waitress was great.
