We had such a great experience at Big City Wings, and Addison was a huge part of that! She was friendly, professional, and always one step ahead, making sure we never had to ask for anything. Even with a busy restaurant, she stayed upbeat and provided excellent service the entire time. It's clear she truly cares about her customers. We'll definitely be back, and we'll be asking for Addison again!
We love Big City Wings! We especially love our waiter Luke Donovan. He is quick to greet us always serves us with a smile. We love to order wings with sweet potato fries and a sweet tea.
Addison provided exceptional service from start to finish! She was personable, quick, and incredibly attentive to every detail. Our food came out exactly as ordered, our drinks were always full, and she made sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. Her friendly personality and genuine care for her customers made our dining experience even better. Big City Wings is lucky to have someone like Addison on their team--we'll definitely be back!

The wings were soooo good and the place is so cozy. I love that i get to watch all the sports. The waitress Khamille was just the sweetest and best one ive had ever. Will definitely come back again!

I always have a great experience when I go to big city wings in Kingwood. The wing sauce selection is amazing and delicious. Amazing variety of food items. The food is always served hot, great customer service especially by a young lady named Khamille. We frequent the bar as well and same great service. Nearby and convienent. Ambience is always sporty. Tvs everywhere. Love this place For our family nights. Check it out! And don't forget 2 for 2 Tuesdays specials on bone in wings!!

Khamille was such a great, attentive and fun waitress. We always ask for her when we come eat. The ambiance is great for watching the soccer games. Would definitely recommend to anyone I know. Love the wings!!
