I came back for my second visit today, and once again Natalie took great care of me. This place has officially become my top lunch spot the food is consistently good, the prices are reasonable, and you can't beat the convenience of being able to walk here. Natalie's service is what really sets the experience apart. She's attentive, friendly, and makes you feel welcomed every time. Great food, great service, and an overall great vibe. I'll definitely keep coming back!

I had another great experience at Big City Wings today, and I have to give a huge shout-out to my waiter, Cam. Every time I come in, he brings the same energy friendly, attentive, and genuinely on top of everything. He checks in at the right times, keeps the drinks filled, and makes sure the food is exactly how you want it. I had an awesome experience today at Big City Wings, thanks to my waitress Jordan. From the moment I sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. She checked in at all the right times without ever feeling overbearing and really made me feel welcomed. Jordan had great energy, knew the menu well, and gave spot-on recommendations. I had such a great experience at Big City Wings. The food was delicious as always everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. I ordered the Southwest Avocado Salad, and it was absolutely delicious! The greens were fresh and crisp, the grilled chicken was perfectly seasoned, and the creamy avocado tied everything together. The food was great. The wing size was not small at all. They were very filling. The fried pickles are crunchy and delicious. The service was great and the manager did her rounds checking in on all the clients.
