We ordered boneless wings for pick up and most weren't cooked all the way through. The chicken was pink and chewy and the taste was horrible. I wouldn't recommend eating here.
On my Friday evening I called for a to-go order. I arrived at the location and seen the to-go spot as I walked in I told the three employees standing at the host stand which one appeared to be a manager. Some service I may say as I continue to the designated spot for TO-GO I continue to wait a few minutes as SEVERAL employees seen me wait as well as the chatty Cathy's continue to talk at the hostess stand. BRITIAN IS THE WORST SERVER I EVER HAD AND NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OUT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IMMEDIATELY!!! Party of 13 and disorganized allllll of our checks, asked us multiple times what we ordered and then proceeded to never ever get the checks right!! Whole process took 30 mins!!!! She gave me 92 dollar tab and when she came back with my card it was 126 charge!!when trying to find her she was gone. AND AUTO GRAT WAS ADDED AS IF IT WAS DESERVED!!! The wings were dry the fries were soggy and they didn't add extra sauce like I paid for.
The bartender pretty much ignored me my entire visit. She said she was "busy waiting on a big top". My order was incorrect and I had to drive back to get it fixed. The manager James was very unprofessional and didn't want to help out. Won't be going back.
The waits seem to get longe and the food worse each time we go. Waited 15minute at the table without so much as being acknowledged. Will not be going back.
Dude! This place sucks!! The service is beyond bad! Every time I come here I say it's the last time! I mean it this time!! I will never step foot in this place again!!!!
I'm a wing girl and my family and I have tried this place about 3 times (hoping for the best)). Once again, we are disappointed. Our wings were over cooked and cold. Not sure how it was cold when only 5 other tables were occupied. My husband ordered a drink, something with infused gummy bears (not my first choice lol) and he didn't even finish it.
