I ate at big city wings today for the first time. I sat at the bar and my bartenders name was Allie. She was so great very attentive, and all around good bar tender. Definitely will be visiting again! The drinks and food were soo great! I heard their wings are awesome, but I went with the chicken sandwich, which was just as good! They had 2$ 16oz bud lights which I thought was a great deal. The environment was a very relaxed laid back environment which I loved also.
Friendly staff and good food. Great lunch and daily special offers. $8 baskets at lunch with the right amount of food. I tried the mango habanero wings along with the onion rings and they were really tasty. The sauce that comes with the onion rings is really good. The management is present and makes sure everything is rolling smoothly. Will definitely be making return visits.
Slow service, all fried food taste bitter as in old oil that needs to be changed out. I guess as long as you are not ordering fried food you should be good.

Food was good! 7.5/10. Probably wouldn't get the mozzarella cheese sticks again. Craw daddy wings for the win. Service was not all that great. Table was dirty. And sticky. I have worked in the food industry, so I understand when it's busy it can get overwhelming. Waitress taking care of us was yelling the whole time. And was sick. The food was fine, but when they charged me, she charged me extra. The young lady that was helping us. I told her to take it away. She said she couldn't, and then she gives me a receipt where it looks like.they did. IT was not fine. I GOT CHARGE with out me signing. In the morning. I wake up to my account being charged full amount $211 when it was 151. Be careful they might be It's seeing if you don't catch it.
Terrible experience, this place has gone down hill. I see I left a positive review 6 years when they first opened, sad to see what it's become. The vibe wasn't good, hostess didn't want to be there it seemed, and no one acknowledged us after being seated for at least 10 minutes. Got up and left and went to their competitor, glad we did had a great experience.
Worst experience ever! Waited 30 mins to get appetizers(ordered onion rings and fried pickles). Fried pickles didn't show up till an hour later. Actual food order never came. After an hour and 15 mins and watching parties that came in after get their food and leave. Our server tells us they don't know what happens to order and couldn't tell us when they could have our order out as there was orders a head of ours. Watch your credit cards people I was double charged on my tip. You better pay attention.
Worst experience of my life went for my birthday took forever to make the wings place smelt so bad restroom is dirty floor is sticking and to top it off I got food poisoning on this bland chewy chicken terrible customer service will never come back even if it's the last place on earth. PLEASE SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!
