The wings were dry the fries were soggy and they didn't add extra sauce like I paid for.

The bartender pretty much ignored me my entire visit. She said she was "busy waiting on a big top". My order was incorrect and I had to drive back to get it fixed. The manager James was very unprofessional and didn't want to help out. Won't be going back.

The waits seem to get longe and the food worse each time we go. Waited 15minute at the table without so much as being acknowledged. Will not be going back.

I'm a wing girl and my family and I have tried this place about 3 times (hoping for the best)). Once again, we are disappointed. Our wings were over cooked and cold. Not sure how it was cold when only 5 other tables were occupied. My husband ordered a drink, something with infused gummy bears (not my first choice lol) and he didn't even finish it. We moved out of the Humble/Kingwood area and went back for a short visit. We usually go to the Big City Wings in Atascocita, but the Kingwood location was closer for us. Wish we would have just driven the extra few miles. We were greeted and sat down by a sweet lady, only to sit there for 20 minutes without any contact. It wasn't full, maybe 5 tables total. Don't bother ordering online. After trying to place my order I received a message my payment method was unsuccessful. After trying to correct my payment and submitting my order a second time I received the same message. Checked my bank account and I was still charged for the order twice. Called in and was notified that was common and my money should "show up in a couple days".

We normally love the food here but don't order often because 1) it's overpriced and 2) it's hit or miss on quality. Tonight was a "special" occasion and the Family member being celebrated wanted wings. We ordered 2 10 wing baskets at $22 a pop. one basket consisted of 8 flats and 2 drums. Really? but that's not what was most disappointing. The ranch dressing was the consistency of WATER. We received 4 containers of ranch and one was like normal dressing-the other 3 were like water. My wife and I went tonight, and it was more disappointing than any other restaurant in years. When we arrived, we were seated and after about 8 minutes we flagged one of multiple wait staff who just kept walking past to ask if anyone actually had our table as their responsibility.
