Worst experience of my life went for my birthday took forever to make the wings place smelt so bad restroom is dirty floor is sticking and to top it off I got food poisoning on this bland chewy chicken terrible customer service will never come back even if it's the last place on earth. PLEASE SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!
service was horrible. we got seated and waited for 20 minutes before they even asked us for drinks.
Ordered the buffalo chicken fries and the cheese is awful. The ratio of fries to meat is absurd as well. The lady taking care of us had to have been on something as well. Would never recommend.Wings were small too
I ordered chicken straps with Teriyaki sauce, potato wedges and a Dr. Pepper through delivery. I did not receive my drink (driver went back to get it) nor was there any Teriyaki on my tenders. To be fair I have eaten at the restaurant before and it was good but this time was horrible.
A place I just can't be excited about. I am in a club that meets once a month and after the meeting we like to go dine out but it's kind of late and Big City Wings is about the only place open in our section of Kingwood. Ok, the food is ok for a sports bar. Decent hamburgers and salads. I am not a wing fan but some of our group says they have good wings. The food here is always great. The workers are always very sweet and attentive. My husband and I come in frequently but yesterday ruined our opinion on this business. There was a mistake with my meal so I asked our server to fix it and it was no problem. The woman who appeared to be the manager was basically shouting at the server right in front of us. As a past restaurant manager myself, I would NEVER treat my employee how I saw.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Me & my lady waited for approximately 15 minutes & no one ever came over to ask what we would like to drink/eat. Not to mention there was only one other table in the establishment at the time.
Good wings however on the garlic Parmesan wings there needs to be more seasonings added, unfortunately it tasted like plain mild wings.
