The food is decent, but the service is not so hot! Sadly, we have had issues every time we have been to this spot, the 5 times we spent our time and money here (both of which are precious to us as we have a new baby) we were in some way disappointed. I'm definitely all about trying a new place more than once, so even though this is a poor review, I will probably try it again. As mentioned, this was my first time eating Big City Wings. My family actually called the order in and went to pick it up. They seemed quite confused when taking a simple order for 3 people over the phone.
