I really wanted to like this place, but sadly to say it was disappointing. The wings were swimming in any sauce selection you picked. Other food selections were Meh. Will not be going back.

Awful Crawfish.... not Purged, not fresh, meat tears up before you can unshell it.... wow what a ripoff! 7.95 per pound and that's what I got? What a jip. Also they cannot make a bloody mary correct... First the young millennial bartender makes it wayyyy too spicy, then when I return to get her to remake it, she pours less than a shot of vodka, and then proceeds to pour salt into my bloody instead of around the rim. The day started off great. Today as a belated birthday gift my boyfriend's father gave him $60 and told us to "go get wings" knowing that we love wings. After passing the Brewings right by our place we decided to check out Big City Wings on Kingwood Dr. a few miles away. And here's where it all falls apart. I have been to the Kingwood location at least 4 times, each time there has been at least 5-6 workers standing around in a full conversation with the hostess and they feel their personal conversation if more important than the patrons. Then they look at each other like they don't know what to do when you tell them how many people you have in the party. The worst favors of wings, very sugary, or barely no flavor at all, just greasy. The service was horrible, I asked the host of the wings were good, and he said "don't care, it's supposed to be my day off". Service was slow. Restaurant was so loud I couldn't hear people at my table. Worst restaurant in Kingwood. Don't waste your time.

First time here and was not impressed. Looking for an alternative to Hooters or BWW that I can stay local. This isn't it. Once seated it took at least 15 mins (i started the timer on my phone after sitting a while) before we were even approached by waitstaff. The food is decent, but the service is not so hot! Sadly, we have had issues every time we have been to this spot, the 5 times we spent our time and money here (both of which are precious to us as we have a new baby) we were in some way disappointed. I'm definitely all about trying a new place more than once, so even though this is a poor review, I will probably try it again. As mentioned, this was my first time eating Big City Wings. My family actually called the order in and went to pick it up. They seemed quite confused when taking a simple order for 3 people over the phone. Terrible service. The waitresses were arguing about sections, their drama took getting a drink more than 30 minutes. Our server who was making the scene about sections did not even serve us. She walked by our table several times and had the nerve to not ask how we were doing? If I could give this place a negative review, I would. First impressions are lasting ones, and the first impression I got here was not a good one. Get it together!
