We were craving wings so we decided to stop. We walk in and got lucky because usually this place is packed and busy. We got seated really fast but waited 10 minutes for someone to attend us. So we decided to wait a little longer and still no waiter. The part that makes no sense is that it was slow and there were not many people. We decided to leave but before I asked to speak to the manager and he seemed indifferent and did not care to accommodate us.

Awful. Don't eat here! It's grease nasty food. Just had a grilled chicken sandwich that I took 2 bites of & it made me sick. My wife had the boneless wings that were over fried. French fries were cold. Fried mushrooms were greasy & undercooked. Terrible experience. Don't know how they stay in business putting out crap food like this.

Never had anyone come to take a drink order and we had the manger seat us and he was at the counter looking at us the whole time and on top of that there were only about 6 other tables. So after waiting 10-15 minutes with no service we left. Horribly managed restaurant. Under trained staff.

Today's service (July 21, 2019)was very disappointing. When we walked in a girl sat my husband and then disappeared. My husband sat there with my kids for 15 minutes before someone(Brittney) approached him again. There were maybe 3 tables so they weren't busy. There were waiters walking around just cleaning tables and even made eye contact with him and never said anything to him. A table of 8 came in after us and were served before us. Service slow servers no care in the world . Food is ok . Management please do your job ! Need a lot of attention to this restaurant for it to do good. The servers need a lot of training drinks stayed empty servers stood around . Really need to work on service.

Ordered the wing basket, lemon pepper wings. The fries were so soggy and the wings were so nasty and dry, I can barely swallow them. The oil tasted old. This was my first order at this establishment, but it's by far the worst wings I have ever had, from anywhere. The food sucked.

Would have given zero stars but Yelp makes you give at least one. Went at 3:00pm on Saturday there were more workers than customers. We ordered 2 beers and waited 10 minutes while we watched the drinks sit at the bar waiting to be delivered. Server was unaware of specials and not very personable. Ordered food and asked for wings a specific way. Wings were brought not how we ordered and short 2 wings. Manager never stopped by table. Tried to get his attention multiple times. Second visit and definitely last visit.

KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS!!! Went to dinner with my family. The total was $60.62. A tip of $11.38 was written on the receipt along with a total of $72. A couple days later is looks like the waitress gave herself a tip of $72 and the card was charged total of $132.62. The manager said that the money couldn't be returned immediately. Moral of the story... keep your receipts and make sure to check them once transactions post.

The wings were over cooked and were very greasy. All of our food was cold and we are not impressed. CiCi's Pizza wings are so much better.
