The worst favors of wings, very sugary, or barely no flavor at all, just greasy. The service was horrible, I asked the host of the wings were good, and he said "don't care, it's supposed to be my day off". Service was slow. Restaurant was so loud I couldn't hear people at my table. Worst restaurant in Kingwood. Don't waste your time.

First time here and was not impressed. Looking for an alternative to Hooters or BWW that I can stay local. This isn't it. Once seated it took at least 15 mins (i started the timer on my phone after sitting a while) before we were even approached by waitstaff. When I looked over near the kitchen it appeared as if they could not decide whose table it was. The food is decent, but the service is not so hot! Sadly, we have had issues every time we have been to this spot, the 5 times we spent our time and money here (both of which are precious to us as we have a new baby) we were in some way disappointed. Yes, this place hasn't been open long and we've been 5 times!! I hate cooking cooking and love hot wings. What can I say? First visit, food was decent, price was right. I'm definitely all about trying a new place more than once, so even though this is a poor review, I will probably try it again. As mentioned, this was my first time eating Big City Wings. My family actually called the order in and went to pick it up. They seemed quite confused when taking a simple order for 3 people over the phone. Terrible service. The waitresses were arguing about sections, their drama took getting a drink more than 30 minutes. Our server who was making the scene about sections did not even serve us. She walked by our table several times and had the nerve to not ask how we were doing? If I could give this place a negative review, I would. First impressions are lasting ones, and the first impression I got here was not a good one. Get it together!

The jury's out. Note that we haven't been to any other location so we have no point of reference. It's clear that they are still working through opening week issues. Problems we encountered: -ordering took forever -we got one order with less wings than we were supposed to have -they had trouble expediting - they were going to send us without the marinara sauce for our fried cheese blocks appetizer until we spoke up -the sauces don't taste right.
