Walked in was greeted by the host. I told her I wanted to sit up at the bar. The lunch rush was ending when I got there so it was a little dead. There was no bartender behind the bar. I waited 11 mins before someone came and took my drink order. I tried to search for a meal myself on what menu was up at the bar. I believe those menu was just advertising. KINGWOOD LOCATION ONLY: I've been here plenty of times, only because each time I've wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Pros - the staff is friendly. Cons - Wait time is RIDICULOUS. Every single time I have been here, there has been less than 5 customers but they somehow still take hours to serve your food and still manage to have 20 people on shift. We had been to the Atascocita location and was very impressed so we decided to give this location a try. We were immediately seated and our waiter was great however the food was just okay. The wings came first and then the fries and onion rings followed shortly after. Upon arrival the wings were definitely overcooked the waffle fries tasted like they had been sitting under the lamp. we did ask for a fresh order which they immediately brought. The worst customer service I have ever experienced! They had me waiting inside for almost an hour on a to-go order that was claimed to only take 15min. Then it turns out they had it sitting instead of giving it to me. My fries were completely stale. The manager wouldn't give me a refund but new fries only. But he was treating me like I was the one being ridiculous! While his employees were laughing/smirking behind him. Never returning.
My wife, kids, and I walked out of here this past Saturday night after waiting for about 25 minutes with no service. The place was busy, but I'd estimate only about 70 percent of the tables were occupied. We were greeted at the door by a less than enthusiastic waitress that made no effort to hide her disdain with nary a smile or welcoming, just a quick "4?". I can't comment on the food, as that is as far as we got. After repeatedly trying to flag down staff, we walked out and got dinner elsewhere.
Worst service EVER. -Was so bad I don't want to waste my time on this review. Just beware...you have been warned!!! Not only do the servers suck....the "managment " is even WORSE, if that tells you enough!!
The flavor was pretty wing house style standard. The bar area was dirty, disorganized and lacking all the basic supplies needed. Silverware, togo boxes and condiments where nearly empty at all tables. As for the drinks the bartender in training did her best and did make good drinks. She did have to read their manual for basic mixed drink but she will eventually be a good bartender. The Sunday deal was a good price for 30 boneless wings for $19. Nastiest wings I've ever had no flavor at all. Will continue to go to wing stop. Hard and dry just not good. Don't understand why it's so busy.
Husband & I just went there for lunch. First time there. We were sat right away at a clean table. Server got our drinks right away but we waited for roughly 20 minutes for our food. Mind you there were ONLY 6 other tables and two were fixing to leave. So what was taking so long to cook up 20 boneless wings?
