We moved out of the Humble/Kingwood area and went back for a short visit. We usually go to the Big City Wings in Atascocita, but the Kingwood location was closer for us. Wish we would have just driven the extra few miles. We were greeted and sat down by a sweet lady, only to sit there for 20 minutes without any contact. It wasn't full, maybe 5 tables total. Don't bother ordering online. After trying to place my order I received a message my payment method was unsuccessful. After trying to correct my payment and submitting my order a second time I received the same message. Checked my bank account and I was still charged for the order twice. Called in and was notified that was common and my money should "show up in a couple days".

We normally love the food here but don't order often because 1) it's overpriced and 2) it's hit or miss on quality. Tonight was a "special" occasion and the Family member being celebrated wanted wings. We ordered 2 10 wing baskets at $22 a pop. one basket consisted of 8 flats and 2 drums. Really? but that's not what was most disappointing. The ranch dressing was the consistency of WATER. We received 4 containers of ranch and one was like normal dressing-the other 3 were like water. My wife and I went tonight, and it was more disappointing than any other restaurant in years. When we arrived, we were seated and after about 8 minutes we flagged one of multiple wait staff who just kept walking past to ask if anyone actually had our table as their responsibility. Went for a quick dinner at the Kingwood location today. Order burger and waffle fries and fries were over cooked. Waiter was super nice and apologetic and remade them. When check was brought out realized they are charging a fee for using your bank card. What?!!!! Now to avoid a charge you have to use cash to dine here. The biggest disappointment was order a to go kids meal which charged $4 extra dollars for bone in wings...were not fully cooked. THIS PLACE MAKES ITS EMPLOYEES COME IN EVEN WHEN THEY HAVE COVID!! i know multiple people who work here and they all have covid but big city wings threatens to fire them if they don't come in. This store is the reason this pandemic will never end and cares more about money than keeping its employees and customers safe!! Unless you want covid i would not eat here!

First time back in awhile and the wings were great. The bartender, Maddie, was great BUT something has to be done with the music selection! I'm serious guys! It's terrible! 12 year old girls are not your demographic when you have a place with 100s of TVs turned to sports. It's pretty easy, classic rock with some 90s rock. Not a difficult formula.

If I Could give 0 star's I would. We have been here 3 times. We are a large party 15+ people. We make a reservation so they know the size of our group. We have NEVER gotten very good service. For the most part the food is ok, one time the food was outstanding. Which was why we came back. Its the service that we hate. We waited for almost 30 minutes to get our drink order taken. I went there tonight. I waited for 15 minutes for a server to take my drink order. No one came. Ended up leaving. I've never had good service. Slow as crap.
