Delicious good size wings, love all the different flavors. Only suggestion I have is that ranch should not be an extra charge, everyone knows wings and ranch go together, it should be included with order. Other than that, the waitresses are nice and there is not too much of a wait time. The fries are good as well.

The service here seems to get worse with each visit. Took 5 minutes to get water. After finally getting water we didn't get the lemons that we had asked for and we had to ask multiple times. **** update**** Came in to watch the Astros game. I would say today the service was so much better. Kayley did an amazing job keeping glasses filled and making us feel like we were not invisible.

My husband and I were in the mood for wings so we decided to give this place a go. We were pleasantly surprised! Wings are a decent size and the sauce was pretty good. I will say they are a little greasy but that's to be expected with fried wings. Fries were good too. Overall service was just okay, so they could definitely work on that a bit. Huge wings, homemade sauces, and a friendly GM (Dave). They are in the old BWW location but trust me when I tell you they aren't BWW, better flavor and the food was actually hot. Place is on their fourth GM but, seems like they found the right guy. Great buy 1 get one on boneless for Thursday's, drink specials, and televisions galore. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. Kiah

The wings are so good.The food was spectacular and the staff was friendly.The jalapeño poppers are delicious and the Mac an cheese sticks are to die for. Give it a chance and you'll be surprised I had a nice time at Big City Wings

Average taste, slow and unpredictable service. Big groups not recommended. Have server repeat order and verify whenever it arrives. Establishment is loud and Tele/ monitor viewing is uncomfortable, should make better viewing experience with good food service to become a go to neighborhood restaurant. Has a-lot of potential to grow. Menu prices could be lower and competitive.

I tried this place on a Saturday when it was modestly busy. I was greeted politely and seated promptly, but things got off to a rough start as I was seated underneath a really strong vent blowing cool air. It was cold outside that day so this really didn't work. I was moved with no issue. I noted that just a minute later another couple was seated there, and within a few minutes they moved also. I ended up at Big City Wings on accident, actually. I forgot that BWW had moved to the new location, and I wanted to watch a game. I gave it a chance anyway (let's be honest, the food can't get worse than BWW), and I thought maybe the new restaurant preserved the atmosphere and upgraded the food. I was right! Walked in with a welcome from the manager Jeff who was very friendly and made my stay personal. Heather served me and my wife with a great smile, the best part of the visit was how she connected with us and made the dinner more of a family experience than most restaurants. Great place to visit!
