First time patrons. Had lunch, Really liked the atmosphere. Best cheese sticks I've had in a long time, lots of flavor variety for the wings. Best of all was the really outstanding service!! Our waitress Taylor made our experience exceptional! She is very positive, friendly and was always smiling! Great attitude!! Fast efficient service, could not be more pleased. Definitely recommend and we will be back!
Ordered fried pickle spears -- SO GOOD! We each had the wing basket and loved it. Huge wings, great flavors, fast service!
This was our first time trying Big City Wings and we tried it through delivery. We really enjoyed the wing sauces and the ranch tasted great! The kids meal portion size was pretty large and you get a lot for the $. The only thing we won't be ordering again was an appetizer of the white wings. We didn't care for the taste of it. I can't wait to come by and try BCW in person.
Tried out this new place as we were craving wings. Love the boneless wings that are huge and the staff was super nice. We even sampled the sauces before ordering which was great! Great specials, will definitely return.
The general manager at this location by the name of Matthew is not pleasant and I'm honestly shocked that this establishment has the is person as their "general manager". He was highly unprofessional and did not offer any type of solution or resolution to my issue. I ordered some wings for myself and my family and the bill was close to $60. Good food but HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't bother calling in an order either , they never answer.
Believe the 2.5 star rating. Horrific service. Bar tender had two tables to serve and we could not get refills on our drinks. First and last time we go here.
There wings either came off unhatched embryos or adolescent chicks or china where they stack chicken coops so the ones below eat the others waste and are malnutritioned. Charge extra for ranch?
Service is not their specialty. The Manager or the Staff are incapable of communicating with the Kitchen or the Patrons. I thought I'd give this place one last chance after swearing I'd never go back again. Well, things still haven't changed. There is definitely a reason why they can't keep a reliable Staff and why the place is generally empty when you walk in. I guess I'll chalk it up to my last $70 donation to this place.
