The service here seems to get worse with each visit. Took 5 minutes to get water. After finally getting water we didn't get the lemons that we had asked for and we had to ask multiple times. **** update**** Came in to watch the Astros game. I would say today the service was so much better. Kayley did an amazing job keeping glasses filled and making us feel like we were not invisible.
My husband and I were in the mood for wings so we decided to give this place a go. We were pleasantly surprised! Wings are a decent size and the sauce was pretty good. I will say they are a little greasy but that's to be expected with fried wings. Fries were good too. Overall service was just okay, so they could definitely work on that a bit. Oh and did I mention on Monday's they have HUGE beers for $3.50! I also wanted to point out whoever the manager was working when we visited was so incredibly nice and it seemed like he... read more
Great food and drinks. Service was great as well!! I recommend eating here. We enjoyed the wings and nachos. Also had a $4 shot.
Huge wings, homemade sauces, and a friendly GM (Dave). They are in the old BWW location but trust me when I tell you they aren't BWW, better flavor and the food was actually hot. Place is on their fourth GM but, seems like they found the right guy. Great buy 1 get one on boneless for Thursday's, drink specials, and televisions galore. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. Kiah
The wings are so good. The food was spectacular and the staff was friendly. The jalapeño poppers are delicious and the Mac an cheese sticks are to die for. Give it a chance and you'll be surprised I had a nice time at Big City Wings
Tasted like ass, chicken came out not tasting good. Service was mediocre but we didn't get a refill unless we asked. Don't come here unless you like your chicken fast and having a horrible after taste.
Business response:
Hi Riley, We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. We apologize for the issues with the food and service, including the lack of timely refills. This is not the experience we want our guests to have, and your feedback has been shared with management for review. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. -Big City Wings
The general manager at this location by the name of Matthew is not pleasant and I'm honestly shocked that this establishment has the is person as their "general manager". He was highly unprofessional and did not offer any type of solution or resolution to my issue. I ordered some wings for myself and my family and the bill was close to $60. I ordered a pick up order and got home just to discover they gave us regular garlic Parmesan versus spicy garlic Parmesan. I called the establishment to explain what the issue was. The ... read more
Business response:
Hi Naomi, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the mistake with your order and for the frustration this situation caused you and your family. Receiving the wrong flavor, especially after driving over 15 minutes home, is understandably disappointing. We also want to address the resolution that was provided. Our General Manager, Matthew, did apply a discount of more than half of your total ticket as an immediate effort to make things right. While this does not change the inconven... read more
Good food but HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't bother calling in an order either , they never answer.
Believe the 2.5 star rating. Horrific service. Bar tender had two tables to serve and we could not get refills on our drinks. First and last time we go here.
