As a dasher we don't get paid to wait. I have now been sitting here 45 mins waiting on two orders that should technically be ready or about to be ready when we come in. The front cashier guy looks like he is high and doesn't talk to you and mumbles everything he says. There is no professionalism in this place at all. I advise other Uber eats drivers and dashers to avoid this place as you will absolutely waste your time waiting for the food that come to find out was never put in in the first place. Definitely was not impressed on my first visit. The wings were cold and hard The staff was not attentive and seemed to gather and chat in the corners of the restaurant while we waited to be helped When I mentioned these facts to the manager he said they have a "redo" package because they care so much and are trying to repair the problems they had in the past. I had read the reviews on this place but it seemed like the good reviews out weighed the bad ones and i decided to go anyways, the place looks dirty and outdated also the food seemed like if it was from the day before just reheated the wings were hard and not all that.

OMG. We come here at least once a week. We came tonight. We had bad service and the worst manager. Delay in food and not what was ordered. There is nobody in the bar and the manager told us that the delay in our food and the fact that the server did not get the order right, provide menus, silverware, napkins, etc., was due to staffing issues. Give me a break. I have really enjoyed this place but they deserve to lose my business.

Went to try out the half price appetizers. Ordered the pulled pork nachos. Half price was over paying. They were awful. We sat at the bar and had the worst bartender. She was slamming things, muttering to herself and just miserable. That was the last time we go there.

terrible service as usual here waiters are sketchy they will tip themselves Hannah G was the waiter that had wrote her self a tip when i payed with my card. be aware of this would not pay card how can this place hire such unworthy employees

Terrible workers always a problem with servers. The other day I went to eat in the waitress was rude also main thing she changed the tip and raised her tip on my card so insane will be talking to a manager !!!

Bruh, we literally waited an hour and a half for appetizers. We had to go to the bar to get our two beers and he was more efficient than the entire wait staff. Took over two hours to get food out to all of us (12 of us).

This is the worst dining experience I've had. It's has taken over an hour to bring the food. Manager said it's because a party of 12 in an empty restaurant ordered too much food. Waitress was nowhere to be seen. Appetizers came out cold. Do not eat here.
