I had them do my AT&T bill . Yes I was a little nervous. But less than 24 hours they lowered my bill by $22 a month. Within 5 minutes got confirmation from AT&T it was lowered . I was paying for something I didn’t need.

Easy to use and surprisingly fast service. The turnaround time was amazing. I think the 50% commission is a little high though. I would be more comfortable with 20%.

Felt delays in email/comms, but I was happy with the result so that is not a big issue to me. Have started recommending your service to some people in my network, based on the success I had.

It took a while for BillShark to get back to me... but it was worth the wait. I had three bills (satellite radio, cable TV, & cell phones) that I had asked BillShark to renegotiate. My cell phone bill still had my four lines on unlimited data. Six months ago that bill went up $80/mo so it was time to switch off of unlimited. It took a while to adjust our behavior to switch to Wi-Fi as often as possible and get our cell data to a reasonable number. They got me savings as promised. The cable was a promo rate so they couldn’t save me $$$ now they promised to follow up when the promo rate expires
