BillShark saved me a total of $340/year on both my cable and Dish bills. Within an hour of submitting a copy of my bills, Danielle was on it as negotiator. I had already tried to negotiate with them to lower my bills, but didn’t get anywhere PLUS I didn’t have the time to devote being place on hold, subverted to another dept/manager, etc. Their fee was 45% of the savings, but that was worth it as I still come out ahead by almost $200.
The service and Kristalyn was both effective and cheerful. I did have some trouble navigating the website. Per the instructions I downloaded a pdf of one bill and got a response that the download was not accepted because BILLSHARK only accepts jpeg and similar formats. This contradicts the original instructions. I downloaded 3 bills and resent others but when I went on my account it only named one of the bills that I had sent. Took a while but when we got it, saved me a lot of money! I am not sure how to verify my savings on my Verizon account but looks awesome! I thought when it said split the first year of savings it meant you would take the money we pay verizon, not an invoice so think you need to make it clear I’d be forking over $160 now.
