Only reason for a 4/5 review is the 13 days of radio silence between registering and receiving notification that the process has commenced. That said, it was worth the wait. Highly recommended.
Steve very helpful,took a couple hours, although thought the people working on the bills were local and knew lots about ATT. Was not able to help with wireless though as was listed on your website but guess it was a little old Go Phone. Did give some suggestions. Thought could bundle with internet, wireless and voice, guess not.
I am amazed at how quickly BILLSHARK was able to resolve my wireless internet bill! Swear service, saved me way more than I expected.
Awesome service! Saved me $120! Small improvement: It took over a week from when i first submitted my bill to get assigned a shark. and that was after i emailed support directly and asked what was going on. so a quicker response would be great or, if it will take a week or 10 days or whatever, just be more transparent about the timing in the app. It’s fine if it says within 2 weeks we’ll do this... hang tight, we got you Other suggestion is to provide some proof of the discount.
