Not really. I was forced to use this lender by the builder for incentives. Had this not been the case I would have shopped around for better opportunities.

With DACA being something new there should be some training on it as we missed opportunities to buy homes as our loan officers were unaware of the laws considering DACA.

There was miscommunications as to whether certain documents were needed. We were told we did not need a document then at the last minute we were told we did. Also the day before closing we were asked for documents which could have been provided weeks before. Was not real confident towards the end.
