I feel during the underwriting process there was just a lack of communication and my wife and I felt we were left wondering if we were locked in, if you had all of our information, etc. Everyone of course was really nice and I understand we are not the only person you are dealing with, but I just feel the communication and letting us know where we stand could have been a little better.

What would have made my experience better is if there was a lot more communication and I knew when some deadlines we're. Also I would of liked to see someone break down the loan process a little better because I went into the closing lost. Other than those two things I would say Everytime I did talk to someone at PRMI they were always nice well mannered.

It be better if they were not so incompetent. It be better if they would communicate. It be better if they were man enough to call me directly and not relay through my realtor.It be better if they would call a week after closing to see if all is good. It be better if they get their sh*t together. Would not recommend to anybody and would not ever do business with them

Fit buyers schedule a bit better. Maybe heads up on Monday that something might be need rather than waiting until it’s just feasibly impossible and get mad when it doesn’t meet your deadlines.

Communication and organization could have been much better. Most mistakes were made right, and that is very much appreciated, but communication was still lacking by certain team members. Billy, overall was great through.

I would better communication other than email . We are promise a phone call but at times it is over looked, be it our go to contacts or the lead. Also the time invested going for resarch on a loan 15 yrs back I would like headlines not paragraphs and reasons why as a customer. I feel you area for the most which is important to me.

Lack of communication, requesting ridiculous documentation (two days before closing) that was not even necessary for qualification, not confirming debt payoff information (condition of the loan approval) before sending out payments using OUR money. Total lack of professionalism when it came to owning up to THEIR mistakes.
