I am so lucky to have a dental office I LOVE. I followed Dr. Grubler to Biltmore Commons right before he retired and he left me in great hands. The office staff is the best, they are super nice and friendly. Megan is a wonderful hygienist! All the dentist are great too. I actually look forward to my appointments and recommend Biltmore Commons to anyone who is looking for a friendly, professional dental office.
Such a fun and loving place which treats you as if you are family looking to get your teeth cleaned. The music is awesome which provides and even better comfort and the staff makes everything enjoyable and fun. Will never go to another dentist again.
I've been going to this practice for decades and have seen all of the dentists and many of the hygienist. They get you right in for your appointment times. The dentists thoroughly explain their diagnoses and procedures. The office is flexible with scheduling and billing. They are high-tech and modern but are still very inviting and friendly. BCDC is there when you need them. I've moved from the area recently. I've discovered that I may change friends, I may change jobs, but I will certainly not change my dentistry office.

The staff at Biltmore Commons Dental Care is incredibly friendly and thorough. A high level of care is demonstrated throughout the business, from the front desk to the hygienists and doctors. I highly recommend Dr. Balestrino and his staff, and will continue to see Biltmore Commons Dental Care, despite moving to the opposite side of town.

I had an emergency a tooth acting up, I call the front desk was great they got me in the same day I called. After a quick X-ray it was determined I was in need of root canal work. That was two hours of unexpected dental work, but as usual the Doc and staff did a great job in ensuring I was comfortable, felt no discomfort or pain at any time.
