I have always been extrely satisfied with the dentistry here I have been a patient for many years. The staff is awesome and so friendly. I highly recommend bilore commons.
I was very impressed with the professional yet friendly manner of the office staff, dental assistants and Dr. Balistrino. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. It was very evident that the patients coming and going while I was in the waiting area have established a relationship with the staff and doctors at this practice, which for me is a positive sign of a well managed office/practice that truly cares about their patients! The service quality I received was very good and I would have given the overall rating higher. I hold back giving a higher score since there seemed to be a very priority in up-selling instead of focusing upon the patient's immediate need. The up-selling also cause some confusions amongst staff and resulted in unnecessary delay as well as mistake!
Very nice, clean, friendly and comfortable. My daughter is used to going to a pediatric dentist so this was her first time at the "big peoples" dentist and she really likes it.
Your staff continues to be great and makes visiting the dentist a comfortable experience. Thanks for being so great!
Great atmosphere
Everyone is friendly and goes the extra mile to address me by my nickname. They answered questions and they are always polite.
I can't say enough good things about the people that work here and how friendly they are. Even when this seem to be going of schedule for them they all are so professional and kind. Their number one goal really seems to be keeping their patients happy and healthy.
