As always, my most recent visit was great. Actually a lot quicker than the others so that was a huge plus!

This was my first time at Biltmore Commons. I found a very friendly and upbeat staff! Everybody makes you feel welcome. Nobody tries to sell you anything you don't need, like it happens at a lot of other places. Dr. Balestrino did not rush through the exam, but took his time and explained everything. my time in the chair was exceedingly long -- the doctor often left me to work on another patient -- 2 hours for a crown. my mouth is a sore mess and feels like ground meat.
