As usual, my appointment was excellent. My husband and I have been going to Dr Sadowski for several years now. The staff knows us and often asks about our children. I never feel pressured to commit to any additional dental work and the staff fully explains procedures. I really like layout and both the waiting area and exam rooms are very comforting. I also like that the choice of cold or room temperature water is offered. This is a dentist practice that I will be sticking with for years to come!

The dental assistant was "ham handed", mishandling the suction and water. Frequently used my lip as a fulcrum point to position the suctioning instrument, and I found myself having to flex and move my lip constantly to avoid getting pinched. I had water sprayed all over my face due to, what I heard the dentist and the assistant converse about, a sticking mechanism and someone had just been out to repair. Also had too much water sprayed in my mouth without suction causing a drowning feeling and water went into my sinuses.
Excellence sums them up. They strive for it. They succeed at it. Best dental practice on the planet.
Just another great experience at Biltmore Commons. The professional, cheerful, upbeat staff always makes what could be an unpleasant experience as good as it can be. I always recommend them to anyone looking for dental care.
