I was very pleased with how well they received me when I walked in the door. I was immediately greeted, personally. When I turned in my paperwork, the assistant took me back and was again personable. She explained everything as basic as necessary without talking down. When the doctor came in, he immediately saw my problem, but listened to my concerns and needs. he addressed them professionally, while still being familiar, and at my level, not some generic rehearsed story, but in a manner to relate. I'm thrilled with how much better my teeth look and feel after Dr. Mark Saperstein filled them with a resin compound. My gums were deeply receded, in places nearly exposing the nerves. Now I can enjoy my teeth for many years without pain or worry. I have found his staff to be gentle and thoughtful, and I have never had to wait. I highly recommend Biltmore Commons Dental and Dr. Saperstein!
Staff here is really friendly and Dr..Balestrino is the most amicable dentist I ever have had. The closest dentist is 5 minutes away, but I drive 30 minutes to Biltmore Common, because I know I am in good hands when I go here.
I used to hate going to the dentist. Now that I am a patient at Biltmore Commons, I no longer have anxiety when I need to go to the dentist. Thank you Biltmore Commons for being kind, courteous and professional with all of my dental needs. YOU ROCK!
