My experience was top notch! Starting with girls at front desk! Each person I dealt with was extremely professional, proficient and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone needing a dentist!
I have never had such an enjoyable experience going to the dentist. From the phone call placed to make my first appointment to paying for my services, everything and everyone have been wonderful! Dr. Balestrino is the best!!
I always walk in nervous (It is a dentist's office, after all.) and leave totally at ease. The staff is incredible and Dr. Saperstein is great. (Gotta love his sense of humor!!) The thing I like the most is the patience exhibited when I have problems with gagging. They never make me feel bad.
As always (and for more years than I want to consider!), everything was top notch. Shelly and company displayed the highest degree of professionalism and expertise and even kindness!
Jennifer was excellent as she cleaned my teeth and I FINALLY learned how to properly use an electric toothbrush. Now I think of her. each time that I use it. Dr. Todd was very helpful and personally took me to meet Dr. Swager took who later that afternoon started his work on my root canal. He also was extremely good . His son had recently graduated from the high school where I taught for 28 years and also his family had lived ifn Alaska where I was last week for 12 days.. Dr. Sadowski is very thorough and has excellent customer relations.
Loved it there. The people are all very friendly. The young lady that cleaned my teeth was very nice. I believe her name was Megs. She was awesome. I am definitly going to be back to have some more work done. Thank you for a great time. SH
The staff is friendly and accommodating. Always interested in the patience perspective, but provide good preventative measures and advice, along with recommendations for the good maintenance and repair of your teeth.
