I was referred here by a near-by oral surgeon. I immediately felt welcome and the dentist was friendly and experienced. I need extensive dental work and felt a little bombarded by the multiple solutions presented to me but being a long process I feel it will all work out and I'll be thrilled with the final results.

Biltmore Commons is an interesting office: everybody seems happy with their jobs (which, I've found, makes them a lot BETTER at it), busy office but they take the time to explain what they are doing and make the patient feel comfortable. Plus the office is very attractively decorated and has a good feel to it. Meagan the hygienist does first rate work, charming and efficient, I would recommend her to anybody. Dr. Balestrino is simply one of the BEST dentist's i have ever been to. Being myself, who is petrified of getting any type of dental work done, He & his staff has so far..made this experience very relaxing and I felt very at ease.. I can't see myself going to any other place other than Biltmore Commons Dental.
Awesome experience watching my crown be made.
As an out-of-towner, I always appreciate "Dr. Bill" expertly mending my bonds when I'm in town!
