It turned out that I was correct that there had been a system issue and our records had not been processed on the day in question. And there was some confusion by the representative about how records are updated when new events are submitted. It appears to me that you do not share outage events with your technical team in a sufficiently transparent way - doing so would help out a lot.
The representative that helped me was very quick to call and follow up with me once resolved.
My rep is extremely professional, timely, thorough and follows through. He makes me look like an "ace" to my client. Can't ask for anything more.
