Babette explained step by step and she gave easy to follow directions. She answered my questions and walked me through important steps. Babette followed up with a immediate email with a recap and reminder of items I need to send her. I appreciate her guidance and help.

Have sales team explain more about the call. A little more info might save time. Because I was not aware it would be an IT job.(maybe not for everyone) I was told about a quick call to set up. I thought it would be Q&A. But my call had to be reset so I could contact my IT guy. My rep was very helpful, patient & kind on all issues. Once the 2 of them got together all was great. Thanks
