Have sales team explain more about the call. A little more info might save time. Because I was not aware it would be an IT job.(maybe not for everyone) I was told about a quick call to set up. I thought it would be Q&A. But my call had to be reset so I could contact my IT guy. My rep was very helpful, patient & kind on all issues. Once the 2 of them got together all was great. Thanks

From the time I signed the agreement to the onboarding meeing it was about 2 weeks. I think this should be a couple days after. I understand you are busy, but 2 weeks is a long time to wait after signing a contract. We are pleased with the product so far.
The representative that worked with me today was very helpful. He showed me some tools that could answer my questions for now and in the future. I really appreciated the extra time he took to help me out today.
