I really enjoy the way you all try to solve my problems and answer my questions. It's one of the best services that I received.
it was a rocky beginning, we didn't get a call so I called in and there was some confusion... but he did great, answered all of our questions, and spent a lot of time with us making sure the program would work for our business, given it is a unique use case.
After contacting Customer Support I was called by one of their representatives within a few minutes. He kept me on the line until the problem was completely resolved and the update to our listing was live. After that they sent a follow up email with a screenshot of our listing to ensure it was done correctly. Great work!

Pretty quickly after we started the upload, Kyle found a slight hiccup with our particular software. After I provided all the (minimal) help I could, he was able to go behind the scenes, remote access our service and finish the install. It was fun watching my computer screen in action.
