Timely, friendly resolution
The rep, Piyush, was quick to identify our problem within the Birdeye technology, explaining it to us as well as showing us on the platform his findings. Further, he advised that in order to complete the needed solution he needed to have the on boarding team contact us to properly set up our new location.
