Thank you!!
Heath, Ujjwai and Risraji are polite, kind and supportive.
Mark did a great job of walking me through the dashboard and helping me understand the problem. I appreciated that he took control of my screen so he could show me exactly where to go and what to do. I wouldn't have been able to do this without his help.
I wish there was more explanation and direction on how to make changes on the website and WHY is it important to do on Bidreye first! Our company had experienced the same issue twice with Google due to a lack of knowledge that all we needed to do was to make changes on Birdeye website instead of making changes in Google My Business Profile.
Keep it up the great job! Thank you for all your help when needed.
THANKS
Still having trouble with things but individual issues are getting resolved in time. Thx.
Easy and quick to resolve my login issue.
Brian Teodoro thank you for your efficiency
