The guy I talked to was helpful, and very quick to hop on Zoom and show me exactly how to do what I wanted. This is exactly what customer service should be! My only complaint is that the birdeye embed feature doesn't offer horizontal scrolling of cards, only the vertical scroll which I think is bad UI. We've had it on our website and it makes it too hard to skip the dang thing. You try to scroll further down the page, but instead you're just scrolling further down the reviews.
