What a shame. We really needed your help and the gentleman who called managed to successfully talk me out of the deal. I don’t mind that I’m a small business and ‘probably couldn’t afford’ the service. I’m possibly old enough to be his mother and I don’t take that level of disrespect from anyone. When I signed up so I could see the demo, I was never provided with a path to see the demo. Instead, I got about 10 emails in the first day! After 3, I clicked the unsubscribe button. Two weeks later, after responding to "customer service" reps and demanding I be unsubscribed, I just had to file a complaint with the feds.

Need to call and follow up with your customer more like one on one so customers feel like bird eye is actually working for them
Good experience. Would like patients to first click a star rating then next screen comments. Many forget to click star rating. Don’t love messaging service. Don’t want patients to be able to text me
