The maintenance guys came very quickly after I submitted the request, and that is great. The problem is that the maintenance supervisor pretended not to smell the very obvious chemical smell, saying it may be coming from the wood furniture (?), the incense burner, and other ridiculous places. That was truly upsetting because not one person has ever walked in the apartment and not notice the awful smell. I feel that is the MO, i.e. trying to refute the tenant's claim to avoid expensive fixes.Ā

Those maintenance teams that come to my apartment to finish a piece of work are not experienced in doing the work in my apartment. Therefore, I am very disappointed.Ā

You will be inform from the being that everything is update and your utility bills(heat and water)is also including with the rent which is false. Every year the rent increase about $200 to $300 extra, plus almost every other month something need to be fixed in the apartment due to how old it is. It always have a mice problem, don't matter how much they try to fix it.
