We’ve only been here a week. So far, Hayley, the agent that helped us was very friendly, helpful and she always answered the phone. The application and acceptance process went quick. The apartment is small, but cute. The building seems old, but sturdy. Maintenance is friendly and timely. The hallways smell like whatever is going on in the apartments, but theyre big and spacious. Loved everything! Vanessa was super helpful and made my first time getting my own place not so spooky! The maintenance men who work on the Premises are super kind and awesome at their job! Overall it is a nice place for new couples to get things started
Get your mice traps and raid ready.. flooded with mice and cockroaches. They gave us a dirty apartment that wasn’t clean to our standards. I had to fill every hole that was over the radiator because mice kept coming in. The washers and dryers are OUTDATED. The dishwasher is a very CHEAP model. The “model apartment” they show you WILL NOT be the same. The unit comes with one air conditioner. Splitting utilities bills UNFAIRLY between units. The main address is a P.O. Had to put over 100 work orders in in less than a year. Roaches, ants and mice on a regular basis. Not renewing our lease. Has bill high because some heating valves are wide open in the winter and you must run the A/C to live. Many cracks in ceilings and walls. Painting looks like done by school students. Look elsewhere because if you complain they don’t renew your lease
Nice spacious apartments, maintenance staff is very prompt for any requests and very helpful. Yes a few bugs. But not impossible to deal with. Overall really good here 👍
