While it took almost two months start the repairs, I do appreciate the high level of work and thoughtful level of communication that the maintenance team provided once they were able to begin the work. Thank you for fixing the shower!!!

The worse apartment complex and maintenance team

The maintenance guys came very quickly after I submitted the request, and that is great. The problem is that the maintenance supervisor pretended not to smell the very obvious chemical smell, saying it may be coming from the wood furniture (?), the incense burner, and other ridiculous places. That was truly upsetting because not one person has ever walked in the apartment and not notice the awful smell. I feel that is the MO, i.e. trying to refute the tenant's claim to avoid expensive fixes.
