The technician immediately diagnosed the issue and repaired the problem quickly and even increased the diameter of the pvc condensate drain to hopefully prevent any future plugs to the drainage. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and easy to work with.

The response time was very good, though it was a very hot busy night. Chris checked the capacitor, the least expensive typical problem, first. He complete the replacement quickly and the checked the coolant. The work was completed quickly and very professionally.
