They were very good. I wanted to upgrade to a larger water heater and they only charged me $50 to get a bigger model. I got a good value for the $50.
So far, so good. Furnace feels warmer and bills are lower than 20 year old unit we had prior. A/C is new, but does quickly cool the house, but hasn't been tested in high heat yet. Team was willing to come up with other solutions to cool top of house, as we have vaulted ceilings and kids rooms are hot when it's warm outside.
Very good. Took a little longer that expected for final permit. Service was very good other than that.
