It went fine. They were very friendly and professional.
The service went well. They inspected both units. They did a nice job and the technician was very knowledgeable. He was happy to explain everything to me and scheduling was not an issue.
They did great and there was not anything about them that I really disliked. The only thing that I did not love was that in their ad they did not say that the sales tax was extra so that was an extra $600 or $700 that I was not aware of that I was going to pay. Otherwise, their service was fantastic. They were great people to work with. I also had to pay for the permit so I had to pay between $600 and $800 on top of the big deal but they were very good and very nice.
Went great. When we were getting the estimate, they were slightly higher than others that we checked out, but only slightly. And the big plus was even though it was nominally more expensive, was that we got a rebate covering the extra cost and the furnace was a higher efficiency. The other companies were quoting us 85% efficiency, where we were able to get a 96 basically same price.
