We asked for 3 quotes before going with Black Lion, their quote was the most competitive one. Normally I am a bit cautious about the lowest price but in this case there were a lot of recommendations for Black Lion and the interaction with the sales rep didn't feel like an unprofessional company's interaction so we decided to go with them to get a new AC and furnace. That turned out great. One technician came out and he did the tune up for the furnace and AC. Their professionalism was good as well as their punctuality.
This worked out perfectly fine. Scheduling was smooth. The technician was professional and on time.
The price was good, they did the work as promised, and the furnace is running just fine.
It went well. We had a hard time setting it up initally in January but once we got a hold of them in May it was fine.
